Let’s add the additional stressor of completing tasks within a specific time limit, WHEW!! Today you will learn why your body needs to sit in a certain way to work efficiently and reduce pain. You will also learn pain no longer interferes with your productivity. You will also learn how to set up and organize your work station with little to no costs. Once you “Sit Right, you can “Work Right: because pain no longer interferes with your productivity. You will also be able to go home at night and enjoy being with family and friends instead of spending the night with a hot-pack on your neck!
